PLAN

We work directly with our architect and engineering partners to get your plans quickly completed and approved by the appropriate municipalities. We understand the painstaking process of applying for permits. We take the hassle out of your hands and facilitate the process. It can take more or less than 60 days to get our submitted plans to the city approved. The turnaround time depends on the various municipalities’ workload. If no corrections are needed, the city will give us building permits to begin the construction process.

BuILD

Rent Ready will handle the construction from start to finish.

As a construction company that primarily deals with multi-family buildings, we have experience moving projects along efficiently and quickly. We have highly skilled teams of professionals in all construction areas, beginning with preparing all the necessary materials for the tradesmen to the finishings.

BOOM

And finally, once approved, a Certificate of Occupancy is issued, and the unit is “Rent Ready.” We will hand you the keys, and the tenant can move in.
